Well we just got back from an awesome barbecue at one of the congregation members house. Is a beautiful house and they had the best behave dog ever. We played all sorts of lawn games and enjoyed the evening. Did you see the strawberry Moon? So low in the sky! So awesome!
Today to the work groups worked to paint the barn. It was very hot but we got the job done. Felt good to finish that project. The other group went to the women's shelter and did some great work there. Tomorrow we will all be going to a soup kitchen named horizon. We should be working through the lunch hour when we distribute food to those in need in the area. We distributed some of the rocks that we had painted today but we still have a bunch to distribute tomorrow. We dropped a couple off in the drive-thru lane at Wendy's in Quincy if you want to try to find those rocks if you're in the area. We're hoping to have some other fun activities tomorrow.
